The provider always receives the full amount they quoted. BetweenBells absorbs Stripe's processing cost.

Common questions
Why do you charge a fee?
BetweenBells connects you with verified local providers and handles payment securely. The 10% fee covers platform costs and lets us keep the service free for providers to join.
Is there any other cost?
No. There are no subscription fees, no listing fees, and no lead fees. Providers join and list their services for free.
What about GST?
BetweenBells is not currently GST-registered. Prices shown are GST-exclusive. If you are a GST-registered provider, a GST breakdown is available on request.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Customers receive a payment confirmation email when their card is charged. Providers receive a payment notification when funds are released. Full receipts are available on request at hello@betweenbells.co.nz.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Your card is only charged after the job is marked complete. If you have a concern, contact us at hello@betweenbells.co.nz within 24 hours of the job being marked complete and we will review it.
